Café Gold Coast is located in less than 10 minutes’ walk from a dog-friendly park in Labrador and is a wonderful place to have breakfast after you’ve walked your dog. You are guaranteed a delicious breakfast, amazing coffee, great service and to top it off it is decently priced! 

 Be sure to try their famous Hash Stack which is sure to put you in a delightful carb comma. Luckily, there are plenty of pathways to walk it off with your pooch in tow.

In the heart of Southport, you’ll find Parc Bah Espresso. This dog friendly café sells doggy delights such as biscuits, ice cream, and puppycinos!  

After you have had your caffeine hit be sure to check out Ron Short Park, which features a fantastic dog area and an open park for your dog to roam free.

Le Jardin, as the name suggests, is a French inspired café situated in Main Beach. This lavish local has a delightful atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Le Jardin is indeed friendly for your four-legged friend. To top it off, there is outstanding coffee and fantastic French fare.

Café 7 is ideally located within The Broadwater Parklands and only a short walk from the local dog park. Good food, good coffee and good company is their motto, and that is exactly what you and your dog will receive, based on their recent Google Reviews.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Len Fox park and beach in Labrador is Frigg cafe. After taking your dog for a swim, pop into this joint to enjoy their Friggin’ good grub. Be sure to feast on one of their aptly named “Big Fat Burgers”. You can expect outstanding service, delightful drinks and a sharp sense of humour. Your doggo won’t go thirsty either, with a courtesy dog water bowl on site.

Cabukee Speciality Coffee is located in Emerald Lakes and has a large outside area with a gorgeous French provincial vibe. They also cater for your pup courtesy of a water bowl and even a doggy snacks menu! Their food offerings are ever-changing so be sure to check out their socials to see what they have in store.

Commune Café is very accommodating for dog lovers, with it’s large outdoor space filled with vegetation and antique décor. This lovely local is only a block away from the world-famous Burleigh Beach. With an organic focus, the brunch menu more than holds its own, making it one of the best dog-friendly cafes on the Gold Coast.

The Plantation House Café is located in Burleigh Heads and is an excellent place for you and your fury baby. It has all the ambience that café aficionado could want. With it’s laid-back dog-friendly kerbside setting, and it’s kid-friendly dining space, this spot has the lot.

The staff have been hand-picked to deliver best-in-class customer service. Kirramisu has proudly been serving the locals since 2007 and by looking at their menu, it’s easy to see why they have had such longevity.

Espresso Moto is a café racer inspired Palm Beach local just a few minutes stroll away from the beach. Their menu is an absolute gem, with a modern twist on breaky classics. They pride themselves on using fresh local produce, all food is crafted in-house. Puppers will enjoy the open and relaxed atmosphere while slurping up a well-earned cold one from the dog bowl.

Locals regard the Barefoot Barista as more of a community hub than a café and it’s easy to see why. Barefoot prep their food with health in mind, using local produce as much as possible to support local businesses they believe in. Everything on the menu is delish, from the handmade hotcakes to the crispy Korean pork belly. Come and soak up the ocean breeze on the deck with your dog.

Café Two Highland Reserve is a wonderful place to bring your furry friend. Situated on the lake at Tallowwood Park, this dog-friendly cafe is a beautiful location for breakfast or lunch. They even provide a complementary water bowl and “who’s a good boy?” for your dog.

Café Tahbella in Oxenford is ideally located, with a well-equipped dog park nearby. This is a wonderful place for families as well as pawrents! The staff are incredibly nice, and the cuisine is devine. There is a play area for the kids and a suitable hydration spot for your pupperino.

Take a peep at Le Vintage Boutique Café’s Instagram and you’ll see why this is regarded as one of the best pet-friendly café’s on the Gold Coast. All walks-of-life are welcomed including dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs and even horses. The staff clearly love animals, but they also love serving up delicious food and coffee.

This is an excellent spot for a Sunday brunch with your pooch. It’s grassed area is perfect for soaking up some of that GC sunshine, so be sure to pack the picnic rug. This super homely local serves an interesting mix of breaky classics with a twist. Be sure to try their famous “Eggs NOT Benny” which features their signature lemon preserve hollandaise and maple bacon.
